Volent is operated by Exbots Labs Inc. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we collect and how we use it. It applies to the volent.xyz website and pre-release access programme.
What we collect
Information you give us directly — such as your name, email, and any details you include when you request access or contact us. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiries, to manage access to the product, and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the site, or where required by law.
Storage and retention
Information is held on secured infrastructure and kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us. Contact karamjit@exbots.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
